I found skin rashes near the  anus... Please help me out ... I'm very scared that is it a piles... Since yesterday I'm applying the pilex ointment but no improvement in 3 days...

You have Fissure probably with a sentinel skin tag.  Piles bleed . And you have no bleeding at all.
