Piles and fistula

I have found it in my anal area mild pain is it piles or fistula or anything else. Please give your valuable advice.

As per the image shared 1. It looks like a sentinel tag - which forms as a result of repeated fissure in ano.

Hi :-Do not eat spicy foods.specially avoid red chilli and green chilli. :- apply mustered oil at your anal part after bath. :- Do not eat non veg. :-  Take two tablet of arsh kalp after meal - BD ( after breakfast and dinner). :- eat fibrous fruit or vegetable salad once in a day

Without per rectal inspection it’s difficult to say whether it’s piles,fistula or fissure Go to some Ayurveda surgeon and get the examination done Take sit bath add tankan basam in luke warm water and sit for 10-15 min prior to tak bath

It's a sentinal tag ( skin lump ) , due to abnormal healing of your old fissure. Diagnosis as per darshan pariksha is chronic anal fissure. Contact for further discussion

It seems like sentinal pile which will be seen in chronic fissure..with out per rectal examination it is not possible to rule out piles..take sitz bath & jatyadi ghrita application.
