Piles and fissure

I underwent a treatment for the piles and fissure last year. I was completely cured from this problem. From the past 15 days , I am exercising which I never used to do before. There is no change in my diet in these 15days. Does lifting weights and running in gym cause this problem??? Because now I am feeling some pain when I walk or run Please provide me a solution for this problem or is there anything which I can do to this problem if I don't want to quit qym.

Strenuous activities and weight lifting tends to aggravate the piles .so try to avoid exercise which strains your abdomen and back area . No need to give up gymming instead find the exercises which is suitable for your body
