1.I have pigmented and dark lips .kindly suggest a cream or smthng so that the darkness disappears.

Good evening. Firstly it's very difficult to suggest anything without photos. It's necessary to know the kind of scar you have. Secondly if your lip pigmentation is naturally since a long time, that may be your lip color, lightening treatments will be temporary. If it's due to any other reason, treatment will be of much help.
