I have been using steroid base cream for 20 years and could not stop using it as I faced dire consequences..and now I am dealing with pigmentation on my face...due to skin thinning I can't go for laser treatment which I had tried before...what is the best treatment for now..plz help.

Avoid all steroid containing creams Even some depigmenting creams can irritate your skin -So ideally apply sunscreen and avoid heat and sun exposure strictly -Take oral treatment instead of Topical depigmenting creams - Some procedures are available to cure your skin so visit nearby dermatologist
