Yes sometimes life gets over whelming and one is confused and unaware what steps to take.
Any action taken at this time will add to the current dilemma, hence it's best to wait.
Tell yourself "This will also pass away" Recollect the last time you were in a fix. But how irrelevant and little that problem looks from the "NOW" Similarly this too will fizz off. Don't give it toouch of attention
The thoughts of suicide occurs when we have lost trust in our ability. So just tell yourself
" I am good"
"I trust myself and the universe"
"Only good comes my way"
Release and let go the fear
