Persisting fever for a week

2023-11-03 00:22:17
Have been suffering with fever for at least five days now. Got the blood tests done which included cbc, liver test, typhoid, dengue, etc. The reports came out to be normal and the local doctor suggested that the viral infection is at the offset now and fever shouldn't occur again. But still a 101.4 degrees of temperature was noted later that night. Apart from fever, throat is slightly sore and with light coughing. What can be the reason of this fever now. What should be done?

Hi dear Dengue malaria do not come positive all the time in initial days of fever. 101 is high temperature so there has to be a reason for it. Please consult so I can learn about ur complaints and see whether to repeat those tests or do nay further investigation which can help us reach to the conclusion. Take care
