I have had persistent pain in head for 1 week now, it started with pain above both eyes and on top of head. Today I visited ENT doctor, but my BP came to be 200/100, he said it is the reason for headache and started BP medicine. I am scared.please help. I have anxiety issues and pain very easily.

Due to  over anxiety & over thinking and may  be due to defective vision ,record ur BP atleast for 3 days if towards higher side start anti hypertensive ,avoid stress ,anxiety & strain ,divert ur mind read good magzines ,news papers etc
