Persistent Oral White Lines and Burning
Hello Doctor,
I am 28 years old and I have been experiencing a persistent white line/patch-like appearance inside my mouth (inner lips and cheeks) along with mild burning and occasional tingling sensation.
There are no ulcers, no fever, and no major systemic symptoms. My vitamin D was previously low, and I have completed supplementation. Other reports are mostly normal, but the oral mucosa is not returning to normal.
Kindly advise what this could be and whether any further evaluation or treatment is needed.

Have you taken any type of tobacco?

You have a harmless thickened white area from chronic rubbing/pressure and the burning you feel is due to irritation of the sensitive tissue, which usually gets better when the irritation stops

2. Avoid spicy food, acidic food, alcohol
3. Check if you're biting your lips frequently or not? if you're then you should avoid doing it
4. if you have any habits like Smoking/ Chewing tobacco product then Avoid it
