From the past few years i am facing stomach issues like acidity, gas, constipation and burpings. But never had a stomach pains. Sometime abdomen heaviness also occured. My question is whether persistent gas a mnd acidity trouble causes any cancer in stomach. Whether it leads to any life threatning disease?.

No it's not life threatning but may be u need life style modifications. U need to est less oily spicy N not lay down in bed immediately after eating If symptoms still persist then u need to get an endoscopy done to rule out H.pylori infection
