Hello Usually permanent teeth erupt from behind and then align in their places after the baby tooth sheds So not to worry about it permanent tooth wont get affected. Is the baby tooth shaking? If yes you can tell the kid to keep it shaking a little bit more each day it will eventually fall. If it doesn't fall after two to three weeks you can't get it removed from a dentist.

Usually when there are signs of permanent tooth eruption and the milk teeth has not fallen off it is preferable to get it removed ! Can be left for natural shedding only if it is considerably mobile . If not preferably get it removed

Incisors teeth fall between the age of 6 to 7 years so it's normal if the teeth has not fallen yet. You can wait and watch for 6 more months. After that if the same problem continues then consult to a pedodontist.

Hi, Is the milk tooth shaking? There is no need to worry. Wait for a few more weeks and if the tooth does not fall or shake, visit a dentist for a consult and removal of the milk tooth.
