First rule out the cause for your constipation, it may be due to..
1.lack of fibres in foods,
2.less water intake
3.sitting in one place for longer periods without a mobility,
4.irregular dietary habits, Stress
5. In Ayurveda we consider agnimandya ( Low digestive power) is the main reason for constipation. So treating your digestive power is also important
Due to hard stools it rubs and cut the anal canal route (maybe Anal fissure) and cause burning sensation after passing the stool

1.Add fibre rich foods, plenty of liquids, Buttermilk
2.Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried foods
