My right eye appears smaller and puffier. Recently it has been significant and people have started to notice and point out. What is the potential solution for this? And do i have a slightly lazy eye?

The right eye which looks smaller, may have nearsightedness.Lady may needs refraction in optometrist/ Ophthalmology  clinic. If refraction in Rt eye is more plus; it indicates Near sightedness ( Hypermetropia). Suitable convex glasses are Tobe given in both eyes for constant use.If difference is more than +3.50 Dioptre in both eyes, Contact lenses are prescribed.Hence we can prevent Amblyopia to develop. Here this lady is not using Rt eye since long and has developed disuse Amblyopia in Right  eye ie Rt eye is Lazy.
Next Steps
Daily Occlusion of Healthy left eye  for few hrs , may stimulate fovea of Right eye . Stimulation of Rt fovea by Hadinger brushes may be helpful. But all these measures are successful before 9 years of Age..
Health Tips
Unilateral Hypermetropia with Amblyopia must be corrected before 9 years of Age
