Emergency contraceptive is known to cause irregular bleeding. It should be allowed to stop spontaneously unless it is severe haemorrhage. If your bleeding has stopped or it is becoming less by each day then you should let it stop spontaneously. Don't take any medicine to stop this bleeding because whenever you stop the medicine you will get bleeding again. You should not have an occasion to take emergency in the next one month. Otherwise it will be a vicious cycle and the bleeding will not stop. For further information you may consult with me.

Emergency pills are known to cause irrRegular vaginal bleeding what you are facing is a side effect called withdrawal bleeding and not your periods You also should keep in mind the failure rate of the emergency pill and go for a pregnancy test if you do not get your periods by the 6th of February
