Hello doctors.. My period date is 21st.But still I have an important pooja on 18and 19th I asked my doctor tablet for delaying periods my doct suggested meprate 10mg twice daily for 3days from 17th I took the pills 17 mrng and night then today mrng but afternoon I got my periods!!! Is that normal to get periods while on meprate.. I m worried.. Pls pour some knowledge regarding this.

You should have at least 5 clear days difference. Any way the bleeding will stop after your natural periods duration. Don't try to control it now.

Cycles sometimes can occur 2 or 3 days earlier or may delay in your case despite taking medication it occurred as your cycle came earlier and the time of taking medication delayed
