I am Lakshmi I'm 24 years and I completed my 1st delivary 2020 is normal delivery. And now from 3months I got periods problem like one month I saw only two drops of bleeding and next months normal bleeding but this month I didn't get periods .and my blood level is 9.5 can you say what is the problem

Anaemia itself can cause irregularity. However there may be other causes like pcod hypothyroidism or even hyperprolactinemia which can cause irregularity in cycles provided pregnancy has been ruled out.
