My age is 27 yrs unmarried sexually not active Lmp is 13th March 2025 Cycles irregular upto 40 days Suffering from thyroid issue hypothyroidism taking 62.5 mcg daily on empty stomach For how long should I Wait for my periods in case if they gets delayed .

Cycle length more than 37 days is abnormal Since you had your period last on 13th you should have got your periods by 19th You need a medicine to help you get your period  rather than waiting
