Periods haven't come for 13 days

I had my regular periods in August, September, and October. The last time I had some sexual activity was in August, that too with protection and there was no penetration. After that I have had my periods regularly. Last period was on 17th October (Day 1). I was expecting my period to arrive on time. But it has not come yet. I have had another sexual encounter (protected but no penetration was possible) during November while my periods was already late by 6 days. So why this late period? I travelled 200 kms daily in the last week of October for a period of one week. Then after, I ate a lot of food outside. And further, I have gained weight around 4kgs. Please suggest.

Rule out pregnancy by checking UPT once again, get withdrawl medication but atleast wait for one week , periods will come. And as you said you had weight gain of 4kg and last few days were stressful so your hormonal cycle varies with all those changes Back to your normal routine and everything comes on track again
Next Steps
Repeat UPT and wait for one week and get withdrawl medication if no periods

Menstrual cycle varies with changes in daily routine, stress levels and dietary habits. You can pregnancy test first and then can take withdrawal pills. Get your thyroid profile and sugar checked

If there is no pregnancy weight gain could be the reason for the delay Also  a delay of up to 7 days is considered normal
