Hello doc My last period date was 18 August and generally my cycle is 23-27 days long. I was sexually active on September 1. Done with the hpt twice it came negative. This is the first time i am having delayed periods. I am really worried. Please let me know how to induce periods fast

As you have mentioned that at present you are taking Azipro 500mg antibiotic, must be for some bacterial infection. Sometime an infection and related treatment (illness and body stress) can delay menses, so just wait for 7-10 days for your periods then repeat pregnancy test in case no menstrual bleeding. But if you are worried because of chances of pregnancy then yes you can go for beta-hcg blood test. Also since  how long you are taking medication for high Blood pressure?
