Periods for 20 days with clots

I have been suffering from periods for 20 days with clots, used pause mf for 4 days only clots reduced, bleeding continued. My doctor recommended ncr 10 mg for 15 days. My scan report showed small cyst and thyroid, prolactin reports were normal,blood came down to 7% hence using livogen z twice a day. I am not understanding what next after 15 days, please advise
