Get a urine pregnancy test done.  Consult a Gynaecologist with the report. All your anxiety will disappear.

Get a pregnancy test done at home by urine pregnancy kit, using morning first sample of urine. If it's negative, wait for another 4 days. If u don't get your periods even after 7 days of expected date, consult for proper management
