Hlo dr, I want to ask that does periods on first day causes low blood pressure and dizziness... What is the reason of dizziness on periods plz say...

Definitely not unless you are bleeding profusely You need investigations to find out the reason for the dizziness Get your hemoglobin levels checked and have a good protein rich diet
