As per your description, it's safe to undergo USG and a gynaec opinion. Sometimes we do get false positive results. On the other hand, spotting issues are common these days in the firat trimester. However there might be other causes which can show this hormone high and the pregnancy kit gives a false positive result. Few tests like ultrasound or per vaginal examination May help in finding the cause. However , the appropriate test required will be advised by the gynaecologist when you meet her in person.

Hi That's y in diagnosing a problem single test is not sufficient, there can be sometimes false positive reports.. U may not be pregnant but report is positive sometimes other way report will be negative and pregnancy will be there Get an urgent usg for early pregnancy done

This can happen sometimes. You may repeat a pregnancy test after 1 week .
