Hello I am a 44yr old female with regular, unremarkable periods - until last month. September 2025: unusually light period with no heavy flow days and no blood clots October 2025: light/medium spotting before periods began on 05 October. Since then, there have been multiple days with blood clots and medium/heavy bleeding up to today (day 10). There have also been durations where it seemed like the period has ended with half a day or an entire night of no bleeding. This is the first such occurrence and I am not sure what to do next. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you.
