Consult an endocrinologist regarding the raised tsh. Breastfeeding doesn't cause this raised tsh.Get your urine tested regarding the pain abdomen.

Please get your urine pregnancy test done and consult a Gynaecologist. You should use some effective contraceptives. You will have irregular periods for many months after delivery and you may conceive without knowing that you have become pregnant. Please get your complete Thyroid profile and consult a Gynaecologist or a General Physician. It should be T3 T4 and TSH and not only TSH.

The thyroid levels is much elevated. It needs to be reduced. So increase your dosage of thyroid medication. If it reduces the cycles will also be regularised.

Irregular periods may happen due to abnormal thyroid as well as breastfeeding. Get your thyroid under control and do a pregnancy test also. If all ok nothing to worry

Thyroid levels are raised You need to increase the dose of thyroid medication If you are not pregnant nothing to worry about the delayed period It could be because of the hormonal changes of lactation Or Deranged thyroid levels
