Period problem

My usual periods date is28th every month. Last month when I was in Delhi I had on 28th only but very mild because of hormonal changes and stress then later I had again on 15th after 15 days of my last period. Doctor said because of place change and stress it is happening now I have to confirm the date which one I follow. 28th or new date that is 15th.

Bleeding before 21 days is not normal Needs to be investigated n treated Cannot be attributed to stress n change of place!!
