From last 2 time I am facing this problem. When I get my period then again after 13-14 days I start bleeding for 2-3 days again. I am worried now is it a serious issue. Please suggest so I can go hospital and have a proper check up.

This shows that you have ovulatory bleeding .( DUB ).
Next Steps
get usg to rule out adnexal pathology & for endometrial thickness .& hormonal essays .(thyroid ).

It could be Ovulation bleeding.....but still get ultrasound done
