Period delayed, pregnancy or PCOD?

I have been diagnosed with PCOD 3 months back, i had my period in june right on time , july period is missed and im late by 14 days , i have sore nipples but my pregnancy test says negative however the recent ones i took weren't the 1st sample of the day, is it a result of PCOD or am i pregnant ?
