I have missed my period this month and still its not happening. Its about 20 days late...what could be the reason for this or is it a serious matter

If you are sexually active then confirm for pregnancy either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo.
