I almost having regular period since last 3 ..month but this time I am almost 20days late  means my LMP was 16aug ND now it's 3 Oct ND still not having period nd i had done . pregnancy test after 10 days of missing period ND it was negative... ND had also finished deviry 10 mg Course for five days ...now it's been 4th days after taking deviry... ND still no period ...i don't have thyroid nor I have PCOS.. So what would be the reason of delayed period.. Or should I need to do a pregnancy test again ...

U need to wait for more 7days. After finishing deviry it takes 7-14day to have your period.

Do test again and if negative wait for a week. Just relax. Stress is the main reason for irregular periods
