Dear patient Excessive  vaginal bleeding with menstrual cycle is called as menorrhagia Check your hb levels by doing cbc blood test

Muscular pain and cramps... gen weakness  because of blood loss is natural after heavy bleeding...nothing to worry..

take proper protein rich diet..plenty of oral fluids .. take  proper rest and sufficient sleep you can take multivitamin tablets once a day...

It is possibly happening because of excessive blood loss. Take rest and have good meals and iron rich food like green vegetables and jaggery. Stay hydrated.
