Is it normal to have 2 and a half day period cycle with it beginning with normal flow on first day, flow with clots on second day, and brown blood with some red blood on third day and stopping by the second half of the third day Is it normal or a sign of pregnancy?

It is definitely not a sign of pregnancy. As far as it being normal is concerned, there are lots of patterns of menstrual cycles of various women. And all are considered normal.
