I am suffering from large mentrual clotting. It is too much sticky and jelly type. Sometimes it does not come out easily.  Please suggest some home remedy and some tips to avoid it and  how much time it will take to be normal. I am 17 years old. My first period happened at the age of 12. I am an OCD patient so it is more difficult for me to see that. I drink very less water and I do not do any exercise. White discharge before and after period
