Period - blocked tube

Hi Can we get our periods with one fallopian tube blocked? If yes, how is it possible if the dominant follicle (egg) is in the ovary connecting with the blocked tube. Are they chances to get pregnant in the above scenario? Kindly share your inputs. Thank you.

Yes. Because periods comes from uterus and not from tubes. Moreover if a dominant follicle is the in which ever side. The falliopion tube is the connection between the ovary and uterus, the main transportation pathway. If blocked. U can't convince. If the other tube is normal then u can convince

Periods are from.uterus with hormonal effect from HPO axis not tubes . Periods cn be normal if tubes are blocked . If the dominant follicle is in  the ovary on the side of the blocked tube , then also pregnancy cn occur though less , as egg is released in peritoneal cavity n then caught by the tubal fimbriae
