Sir/ma'am I had a lump which was feeling like liquid filled semi solid in my perineal region below testicle close to anal opening. On pressing it very hard, fresh blood came from my anal and the size of lump grow within few hours. Last night it burst on its own, and since than there is water color like sticky fluid coming out from it, there is no problem in stool passage. On wound I am applying betadine ointment every 6hrs. My hba1c is 5.5 and all test are within range. I am non smoker as well. Kindly tell me what is this issue, as per Google search its showing anal cancer which is making me worried.
