I got infection on my pennis,i am getting pus like on pennis head And below pennis head My urine hole is hard to open while urinating. I am confused whom to consult dermatologist or urologist. Please help

I think u r suffering for Balanitis xerotica obliterans but for correct diagnosis u need to send pic There r many options for treatment surgical as well as nonsurgical First u go dermatologist and then depending on ur clinical diagnosis treatment can be done
