Penis With Two Holes?

Hi, this is an award topic, bear with me. I am 17, almost 18, and for some reason, my penis has two holes. One of them is at the tip, the other is right next to it. Only one hole is functional, the other does nothing. I've read online about hypospadias, but that's usually when the hole is functional and just under the head near the shaft, right? I was hoping that someone might be able to give me an explanation for this... It would be much appreciated.
