Penis skin problem
My penis skin is not coming down and up while erection time. As per i have seen YouTube videos it might be phimosis. Now suggest me proper medical treatment. I afraid to do operation and remove that extra part of skin. I have put photo of erect penis in attachment.

Phimosis is a condition in which a person is unable to pull back his foreskin either Partially or Completely.
I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision).
We are glad to inform you that not all patients have to undergo a surgery. Phimosis can be corrected/ Treated without Surgery as well.
