I am having a round tight ring on my penis foreskin from last few years from which i can pull back my skin when it is flaccid but iam having pain when it is erect and while doin intercourse.sometime it cuts the skin due to that round contricting ring.i dont want to gi for surgery plz suggest some medical treatment.it is not phimosis.
