As a home treatment, you can follow this remedy. Add a few drops of castor oil (or water) to a teaspoon of turmeric to form a thick paste and apply it over the pimples to cover them completely. Let the paste dry and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Hope within couple of days get complete cure.
