Difficulty in retracting the skin backwards, painful Intercourse, etc are most common presentation. If not corrected it may risk you for frequent penis skin infection as well. It being a primary surgical problem, the treatment is surgical. You must consider consulting a general surgeon for this. After detailed evaluation, he can assess the severity and decide the treatment.
