I have a good erection while I do foreplay with my wife but when i want to insert my penis inside vagina, my penis falls down and lost all erection. Please tell me what medical problem i have and what is the possible treatment. I had done various medical test and all my medical tests (heart, sugar, blood, testosterone etc) are BEST.
