When i pull my foreskin back, i find sticky, cheesy white thing sticking to my inner foreskin. It comes off by rubbing and it smells too. I had this problem for quite some years now. Now i am having red scars or rashes on my inner foreskin which causes iching. First i thought the white substance may be getting collected due to leftover semen after masturbating but it is occurring often. I have linked images of the issue for the reference. Please suggest cure for this. I am stuck in the house due to quarantine so home remedy will be good. But if the issue is much complex then please suggest some anti fungal cream or anything else.
