Can a usg pelvis detect pregnancy? i got it done and the doctor performing it said nothing about being pregnant, is it possible that i am still pregnant?

Did you tell the Doctor that you suspect that you could be pregnant? A doctor doing sonography of the upper abdomen will not look for a pregnancy unless you specifically ask him to look for pregnancy.

It depends on which week of pregnancy  you are and if less than 5 weeks u cannot see anything for confirmation you can get a urine pregnancy strip test
