Pelvic USG report

This Pelvic USG was performed EMPTY BLADDER. Does this report mean surely NO PREGNANCY? The pregnancy would have been of 12- 14 weeks (if I was pregnant). Or empty bladder may have caused problem in detecting a 13 week pregnancy? (I am getting monthly periods and all urine and blood pregnancy tests are negative but I still had fear of pregnancy due to some unsual symptoms like increased stomach with light brownish line, yeast infection)

I don't know how you got the Idea that your sonography was done with an empty bladder. A complete report of sonography has been given. A qualified Sonologist would have asked you to come again with the full Bladder. They will not do the complete study. As per the report you are not pregnant.
