Severe pain and pelvic pain can be due to UTI
For pain you can take tab voveron on sos basis
And start tab levoflox 500 mg HS
SYP CITRA alka 10 ml TDS FOR 2 weeks
At 28 yrs recurrent UTI is not common
Do you have any history of fever also?

I would sugggest you to go in person to a specialist ( first to a gynaecologist) for a thorough check up. Its unlikely to be a UTI. Dont start any medicines without consulting.
