Pelvic pain and usg

25 years old- sexually inactive. Right side pelvic pain radiating to lower back and leg since 3 months. Multiple doctors. Tests like USG, ct and mri. No abnormality except thickened endometrium in premenstrual phase. Also had intermenstrual blood tinged discharge between periods, which has stopped currently after taking hormonal pills. But pain is persistent. In latest usg, right ovary was suboptimally visualised. My gynaec said it's nothing to worry about. But as my pain is in right side, I am still worried. If it's anything serious. So I need a second opinion. And my doctor said to wait and observe for a month. And if pain persists, laparoscopy is to be done. Need an opinion on this too. LMP was 7th sep. P.s - latest usg report attached.

Hi there I understand your concern... Your report is normal... Your symptoms may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease... If you are on medication for that no problem... And I want detalied history regarding pain onset, duration, type etc and regarding other possible causes...if you are facing issues like burning micturation etc it may be due to urinary tract infection..consult nearest gynecologists for second opinion and examination they will do the needful.

Looking at ur History U look like a medico :-) by d way if CT, MR and USG everything is normal then the only option is Laparoscopy n look into pelvis. Sometime pelvic/ uterosacral endometriosis can behave like this. Can also try for Regular hormones/ Hormone alike drugs for quite a few months if u wanna avoid laparoscopy. Discuss with ur gynaec.
