I had endometriosis for which laproscopy was done on 20.9.22..after few days feel heaviness above the anus irregularly...goes away sometimes n sometimes heaviness is felt for entire day...motion n urination is proper...no abnormal bleeding no pain...only heaviness...is dis pelvic floor dysfunction or any other issues..or anything because of laproscopy?
