Hi, I can feel a peanut size lump below my breast nipple. It is movable and has no pain. Please tell me what could be this. And how could it be treated? Thanks

I don't know how you could feel a pea sized lump below the breast nipple. Please consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management.
