Hello, i am 25 years old. And i have pcos problem, i was diagonised long back in 2015 with it. Earlier i used to have my periods irregularly sometimes two or sometimes five months after also, but now it has improved a lot. I get it by 40-45days. But before i get it i get mood swings, irritability, anger, and i become overemotional...Why is it
